To finance their research programs, scientists often have to rely on external funds. A task that requires more than just an outstanding research idea, but also knowledge about administrative requirements, scientific scopes and of course: Which funding opportunities are out there.

is a funding expert with more than 8 years of work experience, working as Technology Transfer team lead at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU).
She provides her vast knowledge and inside expertise in public funding as mentor for companies, research institutions and non-profits. With her in-depth knowledge on the application and implementation process of funding projects (all sizes and fields) and her knowledge of the Austrian and European funding landscape she provides support.
She specialises in the fields RD&I funding (with an average project size of EUR 200.000).
Karin managed more than 60 projects successfully, evaluating project applications based e.g. on BP and financial standing.
